I didn’t receive my activation email, what should I do?

If you didn’t receive an activation email, it’s because our mail is incorrectly labeled as spam (junk mail) by your email provider (Hotmail, Yahoo!, AOL etc.).

To make sure you receive our mails, please add support@BetInParis.com to your list of trusted senders and/ or to your contact list. In order to do this, just follow these simple instructions.

Hotmail / MSN/ WINDOWS LIVEtm Mail

  1. Login into your Hotmail / MSN/ WINDOWS LIVEtm e-mail account.
  2. Click on “Options” on the right hand side of the screen.
  3. Click on “More Options”.
  4. Choose “Safe and blocked senders”.
  5. Select “Safe mailing lists”.
  6. Type support@BetInParis.com.
  7. Click on the “Add to list” button.

Yahoo!

  1. Login into your Yahoo e-mail account.
  2. Click on “Contacts” on the left hand side of the screen.
  3. Click on Add contact.
  4. Under “E-mail Addresses” section enter support@BetInParis.com.
  5. Save changes.

AOL

  1. Login into your AOL e-mail account.
  2. Click on “Contacts” on the left hand side of the screen.
  3. Click on “New” tab and choose “New Contact”.
  4. A pop up will appear.

Gmail

  1. Login into your Gmail e-mail account.
  2. Click on “Contacts”.

What kind of hardware and software do I need to play on BetInParis?

In order to play BetInParis. games you need to install Flash Player 9. You can download it for free from Adobe site by simply clicking here.

To access our casino we recommend Firefox browser or Internet Explorer version 6 or the latest installed on your machine (you may experience some trouble playing with versions of Internet Explorer under 5.5). Speakers are also highly recommended as all our games contain music and sound effects.

Warning: Users connecting with Netscape Communicator and Macintosh owners may have trouble playing on BetInParis.

I’m using Internet Explorer 7 and I’m viewing blank pages. What can I do?

In order to fix this problem you need to follow the following steps :

  • Click on Tools (at the right hand side of the screen).
  • Internet options.
  • Advanced Tab.
  • Scroll down to “Phishing filter”.
  • Tick “Disable Phishing filter”.

I can't see some pages properly on my monitor. What can I do?


1. In order to see our casino games properly on your monitor, please make sure your screen resolution is not too low.

3. Please check your cookies settings. The upper level of security will prevent you from playing BetInParis's games.

If you access the Internet via AOL, you may experience problems when playing our games.

I have Web-TV. Can I still play on BetInParis?


Unfortunately, due to technical incompatibilities, we cannot guarantee connectivity with Web-TV sets

What happens if I lose or forget my Password?


If you lose your Password, you will need to contact us and prove you are the owner of the account. We will need to know your account history and various account details, including the answer to your security question.

We will investigate, and reset your Password and notify you by email.

How does the Demo Mode works?

I clicked on a game and nothing happened. What's wrong?


Check if you have Adobe FLASH player installed on your computer (version 9 or higher), if you don’t have it, you may download it from the following address: Click Here.

Flash games take few seconds to load. If you are using a 56 Kbs modem, the games should load in about 1 to 2 minutes the first time you play depending on which game you play (estimates of loading times are available during loading).

If the game loads but the buttons do not work, try reloading the game by pressing the F5 key on your keyboard.

If the game still does not work, empty your temporary files:

Internet Explorer 6 / 7 please click on:

  3. General.
  4. Empty the temporary directory by clicking on Delete Files.

In very rare situations games can freeze while your computer will be working properly. This kind of problem can be result of failure to file management in Windows. In this case, close all browser windows, restart your computer, log in your account and try the games once again.

I’m playing Video Poker and my screen is showing 5 "TWO of clubs", what can I do?


If your screen is showing 5 TWO of clubs it means that a network problem occurred. Therefore your computer did not receive the correct info concerning the card drawn. Please note that the draw would still have been completed properly on our server.

If a game is not finished when a network cut off occurs, then, when logging in again, the player get his/her hand back. If a game is finished and a network cut off occurs, when he/she logs-in again, the result of the hand is displayed in the game history section, with cards dealt, wagers, winnings, and current credits. (The wagers are debited and the winnings credited according to the draws made on our servers).

Note: The play for free section doesn't have the Game History function.

How to Bet on BETINPARIS?

In order to place your bets you need to make sure that you are logged in.

There are three different ways to bet with BETINPARIS:

In this area you will be able to view all the information related to the “Meetings”, “Race”, “Horses” and also the “Odds”.

  • Click on “Horse Racing” from the menu and select “Cards and Tips”.
  • Select the “Meeting”, “Race” and “Bet”.
  • Choose your horse/s.
  • In this area you will be able to view the following:
    • Jockey’s name
    • Weight
    • Trainers
    • Lane
    • Odds
    • You can also view more information related to the horse by clicking on his name.
  • Once your selection is done click on “Place Bets”.
  • Flash Bets

Flash bet is like a random bet where BETINPARIS will randomly choose all the betting options for you. Before placing your bet you will still have the chance to change anything that BETINPARIS has randomly chosen for you.

  • You will be able to access this area from the “Home Page” by clicking on “Flash” in the “Next Races” section.
  • Quick Bets

With this service, you can bet immediately, if you already know your selection.

  • Click on “Your Bets” from the menu and click on “Quick Bets”.
    • You can also access this area from various parts of the “Home Page”
      • Next Races
      • Next Meetings
      • Latest News
  • Select the “Meeting”, “Race” and “Bet”.
  • Choose your horse/s.
  • Once your selection is done click on “Place Bets”.

You will be able to view all your bets by clicking on “Your Bets” from the menu and choose “Ongoing Bets”. You will be able to cancel a bet 10 minutes before the beginning of the race.

How are my bets protected on BETINPARIS?

A method taken from banking techniques enables us to ensure that when you place a bet and that it is accepted by BETINPARIS, nobody can neither substitute for you nor misappropriate your winnings.

Which types of bets are available on BETINPARIS?

Single

    • Single - Win:
      You win if your horse finishes first of the race.

    Example:
    Your selection: 12 to Win
    Result: 12-5-7
    You selected the first of the race
    You earn the winnings of the Single - Win bet.

    • Single - Show:
      You win if your horse finishes either first, second or third of the race (for races with at least 8 runners), or either first or second of the race (for races with less than 8 runners).

    Example:
    Your selection: 7 to Show
    Result: 12-5-7
    You selected one of the three first of the race.
    You earn the winnings of the Single - Show 7.

    • Single - Win / Single - Show
      You can choose the above at the same time on the same horse.

    Example:
    Your selection: 12 Win/Show
    Result: 12-5-7
    You selected the winner of the race, that is within the three first of the race.
    You earn the winnings of the Single - Win 12 and of the Single - Show 12.

Reverse Forecast & Placed Dual Forecast

  • Reverse Forecast:
    You choose two horses in one race to finish 1st and 2nd, in either order.

Example:
Your selection: 5-12 Reverse Forecast
Result: 12-5-7
You selected the two first of the race
You earn the winnings of the Reverse Forecast 12-5.

  • Placed Dual Forecast:
    You choose two of the three first horses (first-second, first-third, second-third).

Example:
Your selection: 7-12 Placed Dual Forecast
Result: 12-5-7
You selected two horses within the three first of the race.
You earn the winnings of the Placed Dual Forecast 12-7.

  • Reverse Forecast / Placed Dual Forecast

You can choose the above at the same time on different horses.

Example 1:

Result: 12-5-7
You selected the two first horses within the three first horses of the race.
You earn the winnings of the Reverse Forecast 12-5 and the winnings of the Placed Dual Forecast 12-5

  • In the case of a finish without a 4th:

If the official order of finish does not include a 4th horse, the bets are refunded. This can happen when there are only or less than three horses to finish the race, or if there is a dead-heat for the third place.

THE 4

You win if you selected the horses that finish first, second, third and fourth in either order.

You earn the THE 4 winnings.

If you bet on three non-runners among the four selected horses and your other horse finishes first, you earn special winnings equal to the Single - Win winnings of this horse.

If you bet on 4 non-runners among the four selected horses, the bet is refunded.

What is the minimum stake?

The minimum stake is of 1 EURO for every bet.

What is the maximum stake?

The maximum stake depends on the type of race and the types of bet. It is shown when you validate your selection.

When can I place a bet?

You can place a bet until the bets are closed, when the bell rings on the race course, i.e. a few seconds before the beginning of the race. In case of a false start, BETINPARIS opens the bets again until the bell rings again.

Is it possible to cancel a bet?

It is indeed possible to cancel a bet up to 10 minutes before the official start of the race, only if the race status is Validated or Pending. When placing a bet BetInParis needs to validate your bet and this can take up to 1 minute. Please note that if you place a bet close to the starting time of the race you will not be able to cancel it. In order to cancel your bets you have to go in your "Ongoing Bets" and to click on the red cross under the "Cancel” column.

Which types of races can I bet on with BetInParis?

On BetInParis you can bet on many of the French and international horse races.

Why are BetInParis winnings generally better than the competitors' ones?

BetInParis winnings are generally and statistically better because BetInParis redistributes up to 95% of the stakes. When you win on BetInParis, you earn more money than with our competitors (except in particular cases).

What happens if the horse I bet on is a non-runner?

If the horse you bet on is a non-runner, the bet on this horse is cancelled.

  • "Single" Bet (Win or Show)

The bet is fully cancelled and your stake is re-credited to your account.

  • "Reverse Forecast" Bet

If one of the selected horses is a non-runner, BetInParis will carry the combinations over to "Single - Win" for the horse that runs. If you win, the winnings will be the ones of "Single - Win".

  • "Placed Dual Forecast" Bet

If one of the selected horses is a non-runner, BetInParis will carry the combinations over to "Single - Show" for the horse that runs. If you win, the winnings will be the same as "Single - Show".

  • "Straight Forecast" Bet

If one of the selected horses is a non-runner, BetInParis will carry the combinations over to "Single - Win" for the horse that runs. If you win, the winnings will be the ones of "Single - Win".

  • "Trifecta Box" Bet

BetInParis carries the combinations over to "Reverse Forecast" (1 horse selected does not run) or over "Single - Win" (2 selected horses do not run).

  • "Trifecta " Bet

The "Trifecta" bet is only available for common pool races. Consequently, if you bet on one or more non-runners among the three horses, your bet will be refunded.

  • "THE 4th " Bet

The bet is fully cancelled and your stake is re-credited to your account.

  • "THE 4" Bet

If you bet on a non-runner among the four selected horses and the three other horses finish first, second and third in either order, you earn special winnings equal to the Trio winnings for these three horses.
If you bet on two non-runners among the four selected horses and the two other horses finish first and second in either order, you earn special winnings equal to the Reverse Forecast winnings for these two horses.

If you bet on three non-runners among the four selected horses and your other horse finishes first, you earn special winnings equal to the Single - Win winnings of this horse.

If you bet on 4 non-runners among the four selected horses, the bet is refunded.

What happens if the race is cancelled or postponed?

In case the race is cancelled, all bets made on this race are refunded. If a race is delayed or postponed to another date, it is considered as a cancelled race. All bets made on this race are refunded.
In case of exceptional incidents (the starting stall of one of the competitors did not open...), all types of bets made on this race are refunded.

What happens in case of disqualification after the race?

The official result is the final order of finish as published on the racecourse. Late disqualifications do not
