What is Active X control?


I didn’t receive my activation email, what should I do?

If you didn’t receive an activation email, it’s because our mail is incorrectly labeled as spam (junk mail) by your email provider (Hotmail, Yahoo!, AOL etc.).

To make sure you receive our mails, please add support@BetInParis.com to your list of trusted senders and/ or to your contact list. In order to do this, just follow these simple instructions.

Hotmail / MSN/ WINDOWS LIVEtm Mail

  1. Login into your Hotmail / MSN/ WINDOWS LIVEtm e-mail account.
  2. Click on “Options” on the right hand side of the screen.
  3. Click on “More Options”.
  4. Choose “Safe and blocked senders”.
  5. Select “Safe mailing lists”.
  6. Type support@BetInParis.com.
  7. Click on the “Add to list” button.

Yahoo

  1. Login into your Yahoo e-mail account.
  2. Click on “Contacts” on the left hand side of the screen.
  3. Click on Add contact.
  4. Under “E-mail Addresses” section enter support@BetInParis.com.
  5. Save changes.

AOL

  1. Login into your AOL e-mail account.
  2. Click on “Contacts” on the left hand side of the screen.
  3. Click on “New” tab and choose “New Contact”.
  4. A pop up will appear.
  5. In the e-mail field enter: email support@BetInParis.com.
  6. Save chages.

Gmail

  1. Login into your Gmail e-mail account.
  2. Click on “Contacts”.
  3. Click on Add contact button (icon).
  4. In the field titled “E-mail” enter support@BetInParis.com.
  5. Click “Save” to confirm your changes.

I can't see the games properly on my monitor. What can I do?

  1. In order to see our casino games properly on your monitor, please make sure your screen resolution is not too low.

Here is how to check your screen settings on Windows XP

  1. Click on the "Start" button on Windows.
  2. Click on "Settings."
  3. Then click on "Control Panel."
  4. Double-click on the "Display" icon (monitor).
  5. When the Display window opens, Click on the "Settings" tab.
  6. You will see “Screen Resolution” setting in the lower part of the Display window.
  7. Make sure the “Screen Resolution” is set to at least 800 x 600.If your computer allows it, we recommend a “Screen Resolution” setting of 1280 by 768 pixels or higher. The larger the screen area setting, the more you will be able to see on one page.
  1. You may experience trouble sending data using our online forms if you are connecting through a proxy. If so, please contact your network administrator.

  1. Please check your cookies settings. The upper level of security will prevent you from playing BetInParis's games.

To Check and Change Your Cookies Settings (Internet Explorer 6.x):

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Select “Internet Options” from the “Tools” menu.
  3. Click the Privacy tab and position the slider to any position below “Very high”.
  4. Click OK.
    • This site uses pop-ups therefore all pop-up blockers must be disabled. Please check that your antivirus software and web browser are set to allow pop ups. To disable the pop-up blocker:
    • Open Internet Explorer
    • Select “Internet option” from the “Tools” menu

    • Click to clear the “Block pop-ups” box
    • Click “OK” or “Apply”

    What kind of hardware and software do I need to play on BetInParis?

    In order to play BetInParis. games you need to install Flash Player 9. You can download it for free from Adobe site by simply clicking here.

    To access our casino we recommend Firefox browser or Internet Explorer version 6 or the latest installed on your machine (you may experience some trouble playing with versions of Internet Explorer under 5.5). Speakers are also highly recommended as all our games contain music and sound effects.

    Warning: Users connecting with Netscape Communicator and Macintosh owners may have trouble playing on BetInParis.

    I’m using Internet Explorer 7 and I’m viewing blank pages. What can I do?

    In order to fix this problem you need to follow the following steps :

    • Click on Tools (at the right hand side of the screen).
    • Internet options.
    • Advanced Tab.
    • Scroll down to “Phishing filter”.
    • Tick “Disable Phishing filter”.
    • Click on “OK”.

    I use AOL. Can I still play on BetInParis?

    If you access the Internet via AOL, you may experience problems when playing our games.

    I have Web-TV. Can I still play on BetInParis?

    Unfortunately, due to technical incompatibilities, we cannot guarantee connectivity with Web-TV sets

    What happens if I lose or forget my Password?

    If you lose your Password, you will need to contact us and prove you are the owner of the account. We will need to know your account history and various account details, including the answer to your security question.

    We will investigate, and reset your Password and notify you by email.

    What is BetInParis Privacy Policy?

    How does the Demo Mode works?

    On BetInParis, you can try in demo mode all our games for free, whether you are a registered player or not.

    In demo mode, you have 1000 credits that allow you to test the games.

    This game mode is disconnected from our database therefore the hand history is not stored. Thanks to this option you are able to discover all the features offered for each game, including rules, bonus games and special activities. Real mode games can differ in certain functionalities.

    I clicked on a game and nothing happened. What's wrong?

    Check if you have Adobe FLASH player installed on your computer (version 9 or higher), if you don’t have it, you may download it from the following address: Click Here.

    Flash games take few seconds to load. If you are using a 56 Kbs modem, the games should load in about 1 to 2 minutes the first time you play depending on which game you play (estimates of loading times are available during loading).

    If the game loads but the buttons do not work, try reloading the game by pressing the F5 key on your keyboard.

    If the game still does not work, empty your temporary files:

    Internet Explorer 6 / 7 please click on:

    1. Tools.
    2. Internet Options.
    3. General.
    4. Empty the temporary directory by clicking on Delete Files.

    In very rare situations games can freeze while your computer will be working properly. This kind of problem can be result of failure to file management in Windows. In this case, close all browser windows, restart your computer, log in your account and try the games once again.

    I’m playing Video Poker and my screen is showing 5 "TWO of clubs", what can I do?

    If your screen is showing 5 TWO of clubs it means that a network problem occurred. Therefore your computer did not receive the correct info concerning the card drawn. Please note that the draw would still have been completed properly on our server.

    If a game is not finished when a network cut off occurs, then, when logging in again, the player get his/her hand back. If a game is finished and a network cut off occurs, when he/she logs-in again, the result of the hand is displayed in the game history section, with cards dealt, wagers, winnings, and current credits. (The wagers are debited and the winnings credited according to the draws made on our servers).

    Note: The play for free section doesn't have the Game History function.
