Terms and Conditions

The minimum stake set by BetInParis; for all bets is 1 Euro.

BetInParis; reserves the right to set a maximum amount limit for each type of bets.

BetInParis; reserves the right to set a maximum amount limit for some players or some categories of players

If an Account Holder places a bet which stake exceeds the limit set by BetInParis;, the client won't be able to validate the bet. It will indicate that the amount of the bet is too high. However, the Account Holder will be able to validate the bet by lowering the amount of his/her stake.

Definitions:

"A Bet" is the given amount placed as a stake.

"The Winnings" is the gross amount, including the stake, paid after the results of a race.

"The Profit" is the Winnings minus the stake.

"Error" is the generic term used that includes general mistakes, misprints, misinterpretations and mistranslations, oral and written comprehension errors, spelling mistakes, technical problems, recording errors, transaction errors, manifest errors, cases of force majeure and/or any other related error.

"The Result" is the official result as indicated on BetInParis; .

A Bet:

The stake can be limited at the discretion of BetInParis;.

A Bet can be declared void, in this instance the Winnings for the payment of the Bet would be 1,00.

BetInParis; reserves the right, at its own discretion, to declare a Bet void, partly or entirely, if it is obvious that:

The Winnings are credited to the Betting Account of the Holder, and the balance of his/her Fiduciary Account is updated.

BetInParis; reserves the right, at his own discretion, to modify Winnings credited to a Betting Account if it is obvious that the Winnings were credited on a Betting Account because of an Error.

BetInParis; reserves the right, from time to time, to correct or modify its rules and to adopt specific rules, subject to special conditions, and applicable to particular races, and which can be in contradiction with the Betting Rules mentioned above.

These specific rules will be published and included in this document, under the heading "Specific Rules".

In case of ambiguity, priority is as follows:
(1) Rule published related to Winnings.
(2) Rule published under the heading " Specific Rules ".
(3) Rule published under the heading "Betting Rules".

Winners share a given proportion of the cashed stakes, by race and by type of bets. As a consequence, the probable winnings can vary. They are chosen according to the multiples of the stake (ex: 2 means that the Winnings are equivalent to twice the stake). Winnings are always rounded off to the lower first decimal place.

Unless differently and explicitly mentioned, BetInParis; will cancel every "Single - Win" and "Single - Show" bet placed on a horse declared non-runner.

A bet can be cancelled until 10 minutes before the theoretical start of the race.

The "Single - Win" bet pays if the horse that has been selected wins the race. BetInParis; will offer the "Single - Win" bet for every race with at least two runners.
When two or more horses belong to the same team or owner, and when they are "coupled" in the bets, the Winnings will be paid for all the horses of the team that ran during the race.

The "Single - Show" bet pays if your horse finishes first or second (if at least four but no more than seven horses were in the opening card) or finishes first, second or third (if at least eight horses were in the opening card). BetInParis; will cancel the "Single - Show" bets if less than four horses run. The notion of "Team" does not apply for "Single - Show" bets.

The "THE 4th" bet pays if your horse finishes fourth of the race.
The notion of "coupled" horses, or "Team" do not apply to the "THE 4th" bet.
If your horse does not run, the bet is cancelled and refunded.
In the event there is a dead heat for third place, the "THE 4th" bets are refunded.

The "Straight Forecast" bet pays if you pick the top two horses in the exact order. BetInParis; offers the "Straight Forecast" bet for race with at least three but no more than seven runners. BetInParis; will carry  the stake of the "Straight Forecast" bet over to* the pool of the "Single - Win" bet (for the horse that runs) if one of the horses does not run. If the horse wins, the Winnings will be those of the "Single - Win" bet. If, during a race, less than two horses reach the finishing line, the "Straight Forecast" bets will be refunded. The notion of "coupled" horses or "Team" do not apply to the "Straight Forecast" bet.

The "Reverse Forecast" bet pays when you choose two horses in one race that finish 1st and 2nd in either order. BetInParis; offers the "Reverse Forecast" bet for the races with at least eight runners. If one of the horses does not run, BetInParis; will carry the stake over to* the pool of the "Single - Win", for the horse that runs. If the horse wins, the Winnings will be those of the "Single - Win" bet. If, during a race, less than two horses reach the finishing line, all the "Reverse Forecast" bets will be refunded. The notion of "coupled" horses or "Team" do not apply to the "Reverse Forecast" bet.

The "Placed Dual Forecast" bet pays if the two horses selected fill two of the  three first places, in either order. BetInParis; offers the "Placed Dual Forecast" bet for races with at least eight runners. If one of the horses selected does not run, BetInParis; carries the stake over to* the pool of the "Single - Show" bet for the horse that runs. If you win, the Winnings will be those of the "Single - Show" bet. If, during a race, less than two horses reach the finishing line, all the "Placed Dual Forecast" bets are refunded. The notion of "coupled" horses or "Team" do not apply to the "Placed Dual Forecast" bet.

The "Trifecta Box" bet pays if the three horses you selected come in first, second and third place, in any order. BetInParis; offers the "Trifecta Box" bet for all the races with at least eight runners.
If one or more selected horses do not run, BetInParis; will carry the combinations over to* "Reverse Forecast" (if one non-runner has been selected) or "Single - Win" (if two non-runners have been selected). The notion of  "coupled" horses or "Team" do not apply to the "Trifecta Box" bet.
If, during a race, less than three horses reach the finishing line, all the "Trifecta Box" bets are refunded.

The "Trifecta" bet pays if the three horses you selected come in first, second and third place, in the exact order. BetInParis; offers the "Trifecta" bet for some selected races.
If one or more selected horses do not run, the combinations including non-runners would be cancelled and refunded. The notions of "coupled" horses or "Team" do not apply to the "Trifecta" bet.
If, during a race, less than three horses reach the finishing line, all the "Trifecta" bets are refunded.

The "THE 4" bet pays if you selected four horses that came first, second, third and fourth, in either order. BetInParis; can offer the "THE 4" bet for all the races with at least eight runners. BetInParis; can cancel a "THE 4" bet if there are less than eight runners.
If one of the selected horses does not run, BetInParis; will carry the stakes over to* the pool of the "Trifecta Box" bet, for the horses that run. If you win, the Winnings will be those of the "Trifecta Box". If, during a race, less than four horses reach the finishing line, all the "THE 4" bets will be refunded. The notion of "Team" does not apply to the "THE 4" bet.

When several horses running in the same race belong to the same owner, or are "coupled", it is said that they are "teamed".

If one of these horses finish first, BetInParis; will pay all the "Single - Win" bets on any of the coupled horses running in the same race.

In the event there is a dead heat, BetInParis; will calculate the Winnings as follows: In the event there are several horses finishing first, the amount of all the stakes on the horses that can be paid is taken from the pool. The rest is divided by the number of horses that finished first. Then, each part is divided again by the number of stakes on each horse. The quotient, increased by the unit stake, represent the Winnings for each horse that finished first.

If a race is postponed more than 1 hour after the initial start/or if the conditions of the race are substantially modified, BetInParis; reserves the right to cancel definitely the bets on this race.

* In your profile, you can automatically cancel your bets (instead of changing it down) when there is a non-runner.

7. REAL MONEY

Players who choose to play for money do so at their own risk. As in any gambling game, there is the risk of losing money. Players must not treat the operator as a financial institution or expect interest.

All transactions are checked to prevent money laundering activities. We will report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

7.1 Depositing

To play the Real Money Games, the Player will be required to deposit bona fide funds into his / her Account by any of the methods specified at BetInParis; which may change from time to time in Company's sole discretion. BetInParis; reserves the right to subcontract third party payment processors and/or financial institutions ‘Electronic Service Providers’ or ‘ESP’ to process such financial transactions. In furtherance of such processing the Player irrevocably authorize us, as necessary, to instruct such ESPs to handle account deposits and cash outs from the Player’s account and irrevocably agree that BetInParis; may give such instructions on his / her behalf. Further the Player agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of each applicable ESP and in the event of conflict between this Agreement and the ESP’s terms and conditions, this Agreement shall prevail.

Minimum and maximum limits apply to deposits depending on the method of deposit and as determined solely by BetInParis;. All funds will be paid, tracked and maintained in Euros and United States Dollars.

A cumulative total of € / $ 3000 in deposits the Player is required of present proof of his identity along with proof of a physical/billing address. BetInParis; reserves the right to ask for documentation at its own discretion.

Casino user’s only: If the Player has more than € / $ 150 in the Player’s account we will not allow him / her to purchase more funds to prevent money laundering.

7.2 Cashing out Funds

The Player may request to cash out any or all of his / her Account Balance at any time and there is no requirement to play in order for the Player to make such a request. The Player must first make a minimum deposit in order to be eligible to cash out from his / her account. In no event may Account Balances be transferred, substituted or redeemed for any other prize. All amounts cashed out are subject to the transaction limits and processing fees as set forth at BetInParis; and may change from time to time in the Company’s sole discretion. Further the company may report and withhold any amount from winnings as required by law. It is important to note that in any event, all federal, state and local taxes due to the Player in connection with any winnings awarded are the Player’s sole liability. Payment of funds cashed out shall be made by check, wire, and/or any other manner which Company selects in its sole discretion. In order for the Player to cash out he / she is instructed to use the same method that he / she used to deposit funds, unless a credit card has been used. For the first time cash out the Player is required of present proof of his identity along with proof of a physical/billing address. Cash outs will be paid 5 days after the request is delivered to us, and they can be subject to any reasonable necessary security reviews by Company.

7.3 Re-deposit

We allow the Player to redeposit the funds back to his / her Player Account, up to 5 days after his / her cash out request.

7.4 Bonuses

We give out bonuses for the 1st time deposit and every time the Player credits in his Player’s Account. The Player is eligible for various bonuses depending on the nature of the activity performed on his / her account. 7.5 Transfer of funds

We do not accept transferring of funds from one account to another. Transferring of funds can be solely done by the operator depending on the case.

7.6. Transfer from one product to another

The player will be able to transfer funds from one product to another. All poker tables are in EURO therefore if the player has a USD account his funds will be converted into EUROs in real time. The exchange rates will be updated on a regular basis, and it is possible that different rates may be offered. The player should ensure that he/she is aware of fluctuations in the exchange rate and the impact this may have on his / her available funds

8. LIMITS

Upon opening an account all Players are eligible for the same limits through credit and debit cards – daily - € / $ 550, weekly € / $2500 and monthly € / $ 5500. Having said that the Player can request any amounts lower than the aforementioned at his / her own discretion. The limits may vary depending on the deposit option the Player chooses to fund his account. The Player will be able to view the limits when he / she try to process a deposit.

If the Player wishes to increase his / her limits he / she will be able to do so only after 3 months from his first deposit. Upon request to increase the limits the account is placed under investigation and if needed be our security department may ask for documentation.

9. ABANDOMENT OF ACCOUNT BALANCE

If the Player does not log into his Player’s account for a period of 30 months, he will be contacted by e-mail on the 29th month informing him / her that he / she needs to either Player or withdraw the funds. (limits in section 5.2). If we do not receive any answer in a month’s time the Player’s account balance will be reduced to 0 the money and the funds will be forwarded to the authority.

10. CLOUSURE OF ACCOUNTS

Gantor International Ltd. may, at its own discretion and without having to provide any justification, refuse to open an account or close an existing account. All contractual obligations previously made to the Player will be honoured.

The Player reserves the right to close his Player account at any time. The Player is instructed to indicate his / her desire to close his / her account in writing via e-mail, fax or letter:

The closure of account can take up to 24 hrs therefore the Player will continue assuming responsibility for all activities on his / her account until such closure has been affected by us.

11. GAMES

THIS SITE HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO OFFER GAMES THAT ARE FAIR AND UNBAISED

Players may enjoy the games in demo made for free without betting real money, or they may login and play for real money.

Players are prohibited to use devises such as robots that distort normal game play.

12. BUGS IN THE SYSTEM

The exploitation of errors, programming bugs or editorial errors used to the Players own advantage is prohibited and referred to as "bug-using". Each user is expected to notify the operator immediately or a site administrator accordingly, as soon as a bug is discovered. A user using a bug to their own advantage shall have their playing account blocked for as long as it takes our technical teams to reconstruct the user’s account to what it was prior to taking advantage of the bug in question. The same rules apply to users who fail to report a bug or irregularities.

Because all actions and modifications performed on this site are recorded, (registration, account modification, purchases, withdrawals, bets placed etc..) the Operator is able to return to a state of play that existed prior to the appearance of any errors or programming bugs in relation to the sites code of conduct.

If any of the above incidents occur and they affect the Player or the<Site Name> negatively; the Player will be re-credited any unfairly lost funds or funds will be debited from the Players account for any funds unfairly won.

Similarly, only the Site Administrator can determine whether a user took advantage of the situation or benefited from or tried to benefit from an error, programming bug or editorial error in relation to the site’s code of conduct. Once this has been determined, a decision will be made whether a “roll back” is necessary, or closure of an account is justified. The user must accept these rules and regulations and modus operandi in advance, together with the possible decisions that could be taken following the event.

13. COMPLAINTS

Should the Player at any time feel dissatisfied with our website, customer service, or feel in any way that we have not lived up to him / her expectations he / she may send a complaint to <support e-mail address>with the word 'complaint' in the subject which will be passed immediately on to our management. We will handle his / her complaint in the shortest possible time.

If after our reply or action the Player still feel that we have not resolved his / her complaint satisfactorily he / she may complain directly to the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta on their specific email complaints@lga.org.mt.

Please ensure that only complaints of a serious nature are escalated to the Authority.

14. ABUSIVE OR OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE

Abusive or offensive language will not be tolerated in the multi-Player Games, on the Company's chat boards or otherwise by the Player on the Platform or with Company staff. Any violation of this policy will result in a suspension of playing privileges or such other action as may be required by the Company to ensure compliance. In addition, the Player is not entitled to make untrue and/or malicious and/or damaging comments with regard to the Company's operation in any media or forum. The chat boards are available for socializing purposes. There is however limitations on the said chat boards. Collusion through the use of the chat boards or any other chat is strictly prohibited and if it is found that there is abuse or Player collusion through the chat boards then the Company reserves the right to remove such chat boards at its own discretion without any prior notice. All conversations on the chat boards are logged and any suspicious chats will be reported to the respective authorities.

15. DISCLOSURE OF FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES

If, in Company's sole determination, the Player is found to have cheated or attempted to defraud the Games, in any way including but not limited to game manipulation or payment fraud, or if he / she makes untrue and/or malicious comments with regard to Company's operation in any media or forum or if the Company suspects the Player of fraudulent payment, including use of stolen credit cards, or any other fraudulent activity (including but not limited to any chargeback or other reversal of a payment) or prohibited transaction (including but not limited to money laundering) the Company reserves the right to publicize the Player’s actions together with his / her identity and e-mail address, as well as to circulate this information to banks, credit card companies, and appropriate agencies. Further, the Company may close any accounts, and forfeit account balances, that the Player has at BetInParis;.

We reserve the right to void and withhold any or all winnings made by any Player where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the said Player is acting or has acted in liaison in an attempt to defraud or damage the Company and/or the Services and/or the Platform in any way.

In the interests of data protection, security and avoidance of fraud the Company does not permit use of any communication channels included within the Services and/or the Platform (including but not limited to dealer table chat boards) to offer or promote any offers, products and services (whether the Player’s or a third party's). The Player is expressly prohibited from posting information or contacting our customers to offer or promote any offers, products or services.

16. RESPONSIBLE GAMING

The game is an amusing way of spending time and it can be very entertaining but if the Player sees that he / she is getting into financial difficulties due to excessive gambling then he / she should stop and ask for help. In extreme cases the Player may request that he / she is excluded from playing for a certain period of time.
